Appetizers: We make a wide variety of finger-food items, such as: Mini-Chimis, Taquitos, Mini-Burritos, Tamalitos, Mexican Deviled Eggs, Chiles filled with Chicken or Tuna, and Avocados stuffed with Shrimp or Crab. We also make Seviche and other seafood items.
Fajitas: The "craze in Mexican dining! Marinated strips of Flank Steak, Chicken Breast or Seafood, combined with onions, tomatoes and bell peppers, then cooked on location. A delicious meal with plenty of flair to satisfy the most discriminating set of taste buds.
Taco Salad Bar: Great for any occasion. We provide all the fixings, and guests can create their own Tacos, Tostadas, Taco Salad, Burritos, or simply a Salad. Plenty of vegetables to complement your selection. Salsa, guacamole, sour cream and chesses are included. Add to these Ground Beef and Chicken, and of course your choice of beans.
Traditional Favorites: We make all the traditional Mexican favorites, such as Enchiladas, Chiles Relleno, Burritos and Tamales Vegetarian options available.
Quesadillas: Another Mexican favorite. A chef is there to prepare the following: Grilled flour tortillas with Jack Cheese and a variety of other fillings to choose from, such as: Chiles, Mushrooms, Chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage), Chicken or seafood. We bring our own special griddle.
Decorations: To start any fiesta on the right foot, it's a great idea to decorate to complement your theme. We provide and decorate using Pinatas, Zarapes, mexican Pottery and Sombreros.
Indoors or Out: We can cater your fiesta wherever you want: Home, Office, Picnic, or even a Boat.
Music: No fiesta is complete without music. To help, we can provide Mariachis or Trios for traditional fiesta music, or even a DJ service (disc jockey) to play an unlimited variety of music to suit your occasion.
Prices: Naturally, this depends upon you culinary selections, but it might surprise you to learn that prices range from $9.00 to $22.00 per person.
